Your Google listing is costing you customers.

Wrong hours. No photos. A vague category. Each one sends a customer to whoever shows up instead of you. I fix it in one week.

What's actually broken

These are the six gaps that show up on nearly every unmanaged listing, and each one is a reason Google shows a competitor instead of you.

Incomplete hours

Google hides or de-prioritizes listings without confirmed hours, especially in "open now" searches.

No or old photos

Listings with recent photos get more direction requests and calls than ones with none.

Wrong category

Your primary category caps which searches you can ever appear for. Get it wrong and nothing else on the profile matters.

Dead or missing links

No website or booking link is a dead end. The customer found you and then had nowhere to go.

Zero activity

An untouched profile reads as an abandoned business to both Google's algorithm and the person searching.

Invisible to Google's AI answers

Google's AI Overviews and Gemini generate answers straight from your Business Profile fields — hours, category, services. Leave them blank and there's nothing for the AI to pull from.

How it works

Reply by email and I'll take it from there.

1

Send access

Send your business name through the form below. I'll confirm I can help and send simple instructions for adding me as a manager on your Google Business Profile — you're only invoiced once that access is confirmed.

2

I fix it

Hours, categories, photos, description, links, and a first post, all corrected and filled in within the week.

3

You get a written summary

Every category, photo, and field I touched, listed out. Nothing happens behind a closed door.

The whole thing One flat fee. No monthly retainer, no upsell call. Just the fix, done.

Questions

Do I have to give you my Google password?

No. Google lets you add a manager to your Business Profile directly; you can remove access at any time, and I never see your login.

What if my listing doesn't exist yet?

I'll create and verify it as part of the same $150; verification timing is up to Google, usually a few days by postcard or phone.

Is this a subscription?

No, but I'm happy to discuss ongoing support if you're interested.

Does this matter beyond Google Maps?

Yes, increasingly. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google "what's a good bakery near me that's open right now," it's answering from profile data, not guessing. If yours is thin, you don't get mentioned — and you'll never know you were asked.

Tell me a bit about your business. I reply personally, usually same day.
